Hawk efficiently monitors thousands of conventional intrusion and fire alarm systems throughout the country. The automation system monitors incoming signals from high security data lines and processes these signals instantaneously, immediately accessing customer files and presenting operators with all the information needed to respond.

In addition to emergency signals, we monitor diagnostic signals that your system sends to alert us to certain conditions such as power failure or low battery.

Hawk operators are trained to be courteous and efficient, even in emergency situations. We offer unique, customized response plans, which can be easily modified if necessary. When a signal is received, we notify the appropriate authorities and any other parties you have instructed us to contact, in the order you have specified. We also prepare special reports for commercial customers, which show data such as “openings and closings” or access granted by time, location or employee.
